Tony & Susanne Baldeosingh
Tony and Susanne Baldeosingh are the founders of Arise In Christ Ministries, an international training and equipping ministry devoted to helping individuals live fully in their God-given identity and purpose. As ordained reverends with CTF, they carry a shared passion to see people awakened to who they truly are—fully known, deeply loved, and firmly rooted in God.
Susanne is a psychotherapist with a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate in Spiritual Formation, while Tony is a leadership coach with a Master’s in Business and is completing his Master of Divinity. Together, they bring a unique and powerful integration of theology, psychology, and practical leadership into their ministry.
Their work creates space for authentic encounters with the Father’s love, where hearts are restored, wounds are healed, and lives are transformed. They believe that intimacy with God is the foundation for lasting change and empowers individuals to become living expressions of His Kingdom.
Tony and Susanne minister nationally and internationally, serving churches, ministry schools, organizations, and individuals. Their approach blends biblical truth with insights from psychology and neuroscience, equipping others to walk in freedom, maturity, and Spirit-led transformation.

Jesse Baldeosingh - Pastoral Team
Jesse has a genuine love for the Word of God and a calling to help others encounter Scripture in ways that bring life, freedom, and transformation. Through teaching the inductive Bible study method, he equips believers to study the Bible with confidence, depth, and a growing intimacy with God. Many have been strengthened and awakened in their faith through his teaching and pastoral heart.
Jesse is deeply committed to partnering with God so that others may taste and see that the Lord is good. He loves praying for people and ministering the Father’s love, believing that true discipleship flows from encounter and relationship with God. As a strong, servant-hearted leader, he is devoted to forming disciples of Jesus Christ and advancing the Kingdom of God. Jesse holds a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Tyndale University, equipping him to steward ministry with both theological depth and practical wisdom.

Efrain & Sarah de Macario - Pastoral Team
Efraín and Sarah are missionaries serving in the Highlands of Guatemala with a heart to see youth, families, and communities transformed by the love and power of God. For over 17 years, Efraín has faithfully pastored youth in Panajachel, Sololá, investing in the next generation and walking alongside young people as they discover their God-given identity and purpose. Sarah ministers alongside him in youth discipleship and compassionate outreach, serving the poor and vulnerable with the love of Christ.
Together, Efraín and Sarah are passionate about leading people into life-changing encounters with God that bring healing, restoration, and deeper intimacy with His presence. Their mission is to raise up youth and leaders who are rooted in God’s presence and equipped to bring lasting transformation to Guatemala. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg, and together they are committed to empowering local communities through the establishment of sustainable businesses that create meaningful employment opportunities and long-term impact.
